We accept returns only if they are received back within 21 days of our original shipment. Customer pays return shipping to us, we credit the account for the entire original purchase only, not shipping costs. There is no further restocking fee. Items are accepted for full credit so long as they are 100% in original condition. Please be sure to use a traceable service (such as Federal Express or UPS) for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items that you do not have proof of our receiving.
